Payments & refunds

All payments are final. Every bid on Spotlight buys a placement, so we don't offer refunds.

• Top 3 at close: a full-width spotlight strip above the fold for the whole week.
• Everyone else: a bidder row directly under the spotlight for the whole week, ranked by amount.
• After the week: a permanent place on the All sites page, ranked by your total paid.
• Paid after the close: the payment counts toward the auction that is open when it completes — it is never lost.
• Removed for a Content Policy breach: no refund.
• Our mistake: if a placement doesn't run because of a fault on our side, we make it good with an equivalent placement in a later week.

Charged twice or something looks wrong? Email hello@spotlights.lol and we'll sort it out. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
